Condition isn’t listed? Please ask. We treat most musculoskeletal problems.

Your first treatment session (what we can start right away)

-
Manual therapy: Joint mobilisation, soft-tissue techniques, and symptom-relief strategies to improve movement.
-
Targeted exercise: Early activation and mobility, then progressive strength, control, and conditioning.
-
Load management: How to pace everyday tasks, work, and training so you recover without losing fitness.
-
Movement cues & taping (if useful): Short-term support while you build strength and control.
-
Education you can use: What to do on good days vs flare-ups, and how to track progress.
-
Return-to-activity planning: Clear steps back to work, sport, and the things you enjoy.
How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your condition and goals. Many straightforward issues improve over a few weeks with consistent rehab; longer-standing problems may need a steadier build and periodic reviews. We’ll agree a realistic timeline at your first appointment and adjust as you progress.
