Terms and Conditions for MotionWorks Physiotherapy

 

1. Introduction

 

Welcome to MotionWorks Physiotherapy. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the MotionWorks Physiotherapy services operated by us. Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

 

2. Appointment Policy

 

We require our clients to schedule appointments in advance to ensure the availability of our physiotherapists. When you book an appointment with MotionWorks Physiotherapy, you are reserving a time slot that is no longer available to our other clients. To schedule an appointment, you may contact us via phone, email, or use our online booking system.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. However, in order to provide the best possible service to all our clients, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

 

Clients must notify MotionWorks Physiotherapy at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to others who may be waiting for an appointment.

 

4. Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service. This fee must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

 

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be considered a "no-show". No-shows will also be subject to a fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service.

 

5. Late Arrivals

 

Please arrive for your appointment on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

 

6. Payment Policy

 

Payments for all physiotherapy services are due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, debit cards, and most major credit cards. We do not accept checks.

 

7. Insurance

 

We work with certain insurance providers, please contact us to find out if we work with your insurance company and what the process is for payment. Depending on the insurance company we can sometimes bill them directly or charge you and provide a receipt that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement according to the terms of your insurance policy.

 

8. Privacy Policy

 

Your personal information and medical records are kept confidential and secure in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant legislation. Personal information will not be disclosed to any third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

 

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

 

MotionWorks Physiotherapy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective at the time of posting.

 

10. Acceptance of Terms

 

By scheduling an appointment at MotionWorks Physiotherapy, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them before your appointment.
